Stirolplast Closed Joint-Stock Company is one of the largest manufactures of disposable plastic dishes and blisters, as well as the polystyrene and polypropylene tape in the Russian Federation. The company has shown dynamic development and raised the product quality to the European level since 1994.

Our plant PoliER OJSC is located in the Yaroslavl Region, Pereslavl-Zaleski city, about 120 kilometers from Moscow ring highway. There are 2 buildings with the total area of 10 thousand square meters on the plant territory.

Currently, the plant employees’ total number is about 200 people. Practically, the entire engineering staff has been working at the plant for more than 7 years. Our specialists’ proficiency and long standing allow not only achieving high quality and marketability of the released products but also fast development of new types of production, introduction of innovative equipment and creation of a greater variety of products.

Stirolplast sets a mission to produce goods of the European quality only. On this basis, we tool our enterprise up with the late generation best import equipment. Six extrusion-type lines of European and American production are operated at the Stirolplast plant. These lines allow processing more than 1,500 tons of polymeric raw materials per month. The new extrusion-type line was commissioned in 2009. This line processes about 1,500 kg of raw materials per hour. And more than 15 million of production units per month are manufactured using 20 German thermoforming lines.

Stirolplast is constantly working on enhancing of its capacities. In the beginning of 2008, the company has already launched three projects. For this purpose, 3 high capacity lines were purchased in Germany: Gabler, M93, Varius, Kifel. The new lines are used for production of the polypropylene glasses for hot and cold drinks with the capacity of 180 to 200 ml, as well as the lidded polypropylene containers with the capacity of 125 to 500 ml and the polystyrene boxes for eggs packaging.

We also started producing cups made of polypropylene with the capacity of 180 ml in 2009. European designed cup can withstand temperature up to +100 ˚C, and an ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to use. Also, our company has started production of new lidded polypropylene containers with the capacity of 350 to 1,000 ml. The containers can be used for packaging of salads, berries, milk products, honey and other food products. Therewith, the polystyrene containers with plain cover for eggs packaging have appeared in our product range. This packaging has been tested at all automatic lines for eggs packing at poultry farms.

In 2010, we started production of polypropylene beer glasses with the capacity of 500 ml.

Using the thermoforming equipment at our plant, we also produce colored glasses, plates with diameter of 165, 205 and 220 mm, ice–cream bowls and trays made of polystyrene, rated for 0.5 and 1.0 kg of the product. Colors vary from transparent and natural to the standard base. Additionally, the client may choose color for the products.

The extrusion-type equipment park allows producing of the polystyrene and polypropylene tape with thickness of 0.17 to 1.5 mm and width of 9 to 130 cm. Stirolplast also produces multilayer and multi-colored tapes.

Stirolplast products and raw materials used in the production have all necessary sanitary-epidemiological certificates, compliance certificates and the permission for contact with the food products.

The products are shipped by any suitable means for the customer — both on the terms of self-haul and by vehicle at Stirolplast disposal. Different vehicle types allow delivering cargo of any load tonnage and volume. Our company works twenty-four-hours; therefore, we can deliver you the product at any convenient time for you.
